Teej festival will be celebrated the month of 06-07th August in 2024 and this festival is also called as Hariyali Teej as it celebrated in the month of Sawan (monsoon month) as respect and to welcome advent of monsoon in the state. Most auspicious deity, Goddess Parvati is worshipped today by married and unmarried women for long and healthy life of their better halves. Dominance of green color in this festival in dresses and accessories along with Ghewar and Fini (special sweet dishes prepared for this festival). Detail Itinerary

After your arrival at Delhi airport, you will be transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Relax for a while and then visit Red Fort built using red sandstone and is one of the legacies of Mughal, Lotus Temple surrounded by artificial pond where you can enjoy boat ride, India Gate made to honor martyrs soldiers and Rajghat made in memory of Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi. Later on, head towards Qutub Minar built by Qutub-ud-din Aibak and where you will witness mosque at the foot of the minaret. In the evening explore the vibrant markets of Chandni Chowk. Return back to the hotel and enjoy your dinner.

Post breakfast you will be escorted to the land of Mughals-Agra. On arrival, check into the hotel and relax for a while. After that visit Agra Fort lying parallel to River Yamuna and comprising many palaces like Jahangir Mahal, Khas Mahal, audience halls and two mosques. It is the place where Shah Jahan was held prisoner by his son Aurangzeb and he took his last breathes viewing the symbol of love he made for his wife. Next visit Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah made completely of marbles reflecting Islamic architecture with Persian touch at pillars and Mehtab Bagh surrounded by lush green meadow. Return back to the hotel and enjoy your dinner.

Early in the morning, enjoy the sunrise tour of Taj Mahal. Later, You will begin your journey towards Jaipur by touring Fatehpur Sikri on your way that was once the former capital of Mughal before they get shifted to Agra.
Afterward, continue driving towards Jaipur and stay relaxed at your pre-booked hotel.

After breakfast, visit Amer Fort situated on hilltop which offers spectacular views of the city and enjoys Elephant ride. It overlooks Maota Lake and you will be spell bound by the glimpse of the fort. Next, visit Hawa Mahal with many Jharokhas and was built for royal ladies so that they can view the street happenings. Later on, halt at City Palace situated on the heart of the city and in houses Chandra Mahal and Mubarak Mahal. Chandra Mahal offers stunning views of the city and Mubarak Mahal has been converted into museum where you can see many costumes, crowns and many other stuffs used by the former kings. Next visit Jantar Mantar which is a great place for astronomy lovers and Birla Mandir dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Laxmi. Return back to the hotel and enjoy your dinner.

After delicious breakfast get ready to visit a local family with whom you will become active part in the pooja and celebration related to this festival. Mehendi Art and getting ready with the ladies of the house and preparing delicious dishes has its own interesting way to enjoy.
Later in the day, you will visit the place where you will enjoy the precision of Teej Sawari that gathers the crowd of local city where camel, elephant and folk dancers all lead the precision and with ear chanting music and dance.
